TOP 10 CARNIVORE DIET MISTAKES | Start Losing Weight & Feeling Great | Common Mistakes 2020

Jiyoung's opinion on the liver.
I watched 10+ year carnivores discussion on the liver or organ meat.
They don't eat liver.
Sometimes some of them ate but not regularly consuming and they don't advise to eat organ meat to be healthy.
If your body wants it, eat. But not like supplements.
And nutritionist Judy had many clients who had carnivore diet problems. Most of them were because of their liver consumption.
Vitamin A toxicity was the cause as liver is loaded with Vitamin A.
You can follow your body's signal when you are not crazy with sill addiction with sugar or carb.
